No Feedback or response from telkom shop Bad Servi

I app**** for a contract with Telkom shop on 16/10/2015 , The shop assistant told me that i would get feedback on whether or not my contract was approved within 24 to 48 hours !!!?! Its been a week now , after numerous attempts to get someone to update me , still no response?! every time i call the shop , the sales assistance promises to call be back , after speaking to 3 different shop assistants and all of them had the same promise to call be back still nothing!!! This is by far the worst service ever and the longest I've ever waited to receive a simple contract phone !!!!
