No feedback or repair

<p>I reported a line faulty last month, my line was then crossed with the neighbours line, so again my line is offline, customers cannot get hold of us and adsl is offline</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref number is ********** 79</p> <p> </p> <p>when will the tech cone fix what he has broken we need the line asap!!!</p>
