No feedback or assistance.

Truly disappointed in the service. My account was incorrectly debited which I contacted customer services for assistance with. The amount taken off actually left me with a negative account balance and to date no feedback has been provided to me. Further to all this , my account is now blocked ! I want my money refunded and I want feedback. I was told to send my bank statement through to show the account was paid last month which I did and still no assistance! How many times should I request for feedback?????
