No feedback on uncapped LTE deal

I app**** for the uncapped LTE deal online. I received my ticket number and still waiting for my phone call. I decided to call Telkom everyday since application and get put on hold everyday. I managed to get through once and the agent said they will get someone to call me back. So much for that because I'm still waiting. I really don't understand why they don't phone back. Very unprofessional!
