No feedback on successful LTE bids

Since Aug, 8th we have been trying to get Uncupped Wireless LTE installed in Benoni. We were contacted once by Balungile Ngcobo but the call was dropped and calling back didn't work. Then we got an email from Balungile [Email Removed] so we rep**** asking to contact us but the message has been left without any reply.
