No feedback on repairs

I have reported my 10mb uncapped adsl line two weeks ago and I have not received any form of feedback whatsoever. My line is currently running at 1.5mb per second on multiple speed tests and I am paying for a 10mb line and package from Telkom. I am highly dissapointed in Telkoms service, because at the end of the month they want payment for a 10mb package which I have to pay and I am not getting what I am paying for not even close.
