No feedback on new contract

<p>App**** for a new mobile contract on Monday, went through the entire process and was told the device will be delivered within 5-7 working days. </p> <p>After the call, my account was not debited nor did I receive any communication whatsoever regarding my application.</p> <p>Sales call centre is constantly busy.</p> <p>Not happy at all with the telephonic and online application process.</p>
