No feedback on my order

Hi.<br> <br> I app**** online for a cellphone contract with telkom mobile, one of your consultants contacted me.<br> application was approved and my account was debited.<br> <br> i got a call again from your consultant, stating my delivery should be this week and i will receive a reference number to track my order.<br> <br> i called your customer care, i have called several times, been waiting on the phone for more than an hour each time. they said they have no record of my order on their system.<br> you guys are quick to take my money, but no delivery<br> <br> i am very uhappy with the service i have received.
