NO FEEDBACK ON COMPLAINT AS YET!!!
I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter on 18 September 2017 entitled "Received a different phone from repairs" and I received a private response from Telkom asking for my ID details and contact number for investigation purposes. To date I have not received any further communication from Telkom regarding my complaint, and it is now 3 weeks later! No call, no SMS telling me that they are investigating into my matter. I am appalled with Telkoms service!

12 Oct 2017, 15:07Launa my cell phone did not ring with your numbers and I always answer all calls so there was no call from Telkom! and why does it take you more than a week to respond to my complaint lodged on the 4th of October? I need answers asap
