No feedback on case - Nobody cares

<p>I recently opend a case no : ********** 4</p> <p>I called telkom last month with a problem I had at my area - recently the place I moved to no is no network coverage on 3G . They promised to dispatch a technician to access the area but ever since nobody has came or called me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have recently called like 10 times ,the case is either not assisgned to anybody or it is closed ,no body cares it gets passed from individual to individual . </p> <p>This is affecting me because I sometimes work from home and i do not get coverage at all.</p>
