No feedback on Adsl order

Why is my adsl order still showing checking your records when o track my order. I ordered a adsl 10mb uncapped. Was called back the same day and completed my application on the phone with the agent i have my order number and when following up with sales they keep telling me its on credit vetting this has been on credit vetting for how long now. My order nimber is ********** 69A. Can this please be escalated and my order processed this is exhausting
