No feedback, No Service from Telkom

I want feedback, its been over a month already and no feedback from Telkom. Your internet is slow and the service from you guys is nonexistent.

I sent an email to ********** with no feedback.

Yesterday had an online chat with Rethabile, she promised to get me feedback, its 24hrs later and nothing...

081180 doesnt work, using the call me back feauture on the site doesnt work, email doesnt work... the only thing that works is telkom taking my money.
