No feedback, no response
<p>I app**** for an uncapped data deal at Telkom Shop, Greenstone Mall on the 31st of January. I submitted all required documentation and was informed that I would have a response within a few days. Its been more than 17 days and no response from the store.</p>
Utterly disappointed with the response. No attempt whatsoever was made to contact me and the response provided leaves much to be desired. Please elaborate on the 'suspected' *****. I provided all the documentation and for Telkom to respond in the way they did is unacceptable. Please provide more detail regarding the declining of the application and why i should re-visit that store. The service is putrid to say the least.
