No feedback, no internet, no customer support and lies bad company

My internet speed is 1mb I logged a case last year December 2020 on the first was given a reference number ***6 was contacted by Telkom to let me know that they cannot fix the problem and that they will cancel my contract and that I will not pay any penalties but to date no cancelation they are still deducting my monthly subscription of over R800.00 and i still dont have any internet at all this is why they are not making money and the company will close down stop *****ing from the customer making me pay for not receiving a service is a no no todays date 19 Jan 2021
