NO FEEDBACK /LACK OF RESPONSE

<p>I have been sitting on this the case no ********** 4 for 4 Months now and the response is very poor.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently moved to a new place were the coverage with 3G is bad , A Technician came by to Access the Area and indeed he confirmed that the Area is very poor with network coverage.</p> <p>The Technician came on the 22 of October - 2016 and promised that they will resolve the issue but ever since then nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am dearly suffering with coverage becuse sometimes I work from Home and I cannot bearly do anything.</p>
