No feedback in almost 2 months. Website terrible

It has been almost 2 months with no feedback from Telkom. I have tried to chat to an agent online and also sent an email online but their website keeps refreshing then everything is gone. It is apparently not possible to verify I am Human ????

I please need feedback on the following 2 reference numbers, ********** 9 and ********** 2.

This is now urgent as Telkom deducted the incorrect amount off my account already.
