No feedback in 5 Months?!!!!

<p>I logged a slow LTE speed query for the first time on the 16th of May. To date I must have called in 30 times requesting feedback on my query. Every time the consultants promise to have a Team Leader or Technician make contact but this never happens.</p> <p>Cases:</p> <p> ********** 0</p> <p> ********** 6</p> <p> ********** 9</p> <p> ********** 2</p> <p>I need to cancel all 4 of my cell phone contracts and my 2 LTE contracts without paying a early cancellation fee as this is unacceptable service from Telkom and 5 months without feedback is a blatant slap in the face.</p>
