No feedback in 3 weeks after i got my sms to state it will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days.
<p>I am still waiting for my Huawei P315 route and uncapped inernet. </p> <p> </p> <p>No feedback from Telkom I have app**** and is waiting for the device. They just say out of stock. (antenna) </p> <p> </p> <p>My Data is costing me alot in a month </p>

To date I have only received 1 call and made 4 calls.
If I give this reference number he call agent doesn't understand what it is for. I see a lot of people is complaining about this reference given on Hellopeter by yourselves.
Of these call center agents has given me a new date when the stock will arrive.
I understand you do not have antennas but how do you order more router but not enough Antennas.
Or there is a problem with the antenna and you had to replace the original antennas for the client that already had the hardware.
i really do not know why you can send me the router so long as to Rica the sim and get everything on the go. I canceled my other internet thinking it will arrive in 5 to 7 working days as per communication and Sms sent to me.

I recieved my router. But now the sim card is not yet active.
so How do you send somthing that isn't working.
I called 4 times but they don't even see the Sim card on their own system. When it will be active they don't know when they will be able to see the Sim card they can't tell me.
So how can you not activate a sim card when the clients asks you.
