No feedback from the agent

I app**** for a cellphone contract online and I was pre approved and advised that an initial amount of R229 would be deducted from my account after that I would receive a call back from the agent 24hrs later and 48hrs after that the phone would be delivered. The amount was deducted from my account on the 30th Oct however I have not heard anything since. I went to the nearest store however they could not assist. I would like to cancel the contract and have my money reversed as I can see that I will definitely have problems and the service has been bad
