no feedback from Telkom sales on LTE-A offer

I have still not had any feedback from Telkom Sales on the offer I accepted telephonically for their new LTE-A Uncapped Mobile broadband offer. This is my second Hello Peter report and I got a reference number after the first one : SM159481 from Telkom, however still no - one has contacted me on the delivery of my LTE router! I have mailed Ntokozo numerous times to ask for feedback, however I don't even get a response..<br> <br> My initial ticket number with Telkom is :#***<br> <br> Only Telkom support answers their phones, however they cannot see the status of the application, they refer me to Sales on 10213 and it's impossible to get through to them.
