No feedback from telkom

I've had intermittent to no internet connection since December, reported multiple faults, phoned in the the support line, tech guy left me with empty promises and requested feedback from telkom's facbook page 3 days ago. No-one can tell me what the problem is, whats being done to rectify the problem and a timeframe. What comunication platform will get me a response from telkom??
