No Feedback from Telkom

I app**** online for a Telkom mobile black Friday deal and have still not heard anything from them..... I call everyday and get told that they do not take calls i just have to wait.

Its now 3 weeks later and still no response

Still No reply and no1 at the call center seem to able to help...... THis is not rocket science like really now...... I already have a LTE service with you why cant you just add it to my account.....

So ive called in several times and and they cannot pick up my application..... Then when i request to speak to a manager they drop my call.... WHAT A SHADY COMPANY YOU ARE TELKOM You cannot waist ppls time like this
