No Feedback from my order since the 08/08/2018

I place an order from Huawei P 10 black + Huawei P 8 Lite 2017 black for R369.00 per Month via the Telkom Shop at TygerValley Bellville and Telkom Online last week 08/08/2018 till Today no feedback from Telkom. When I call the Sales agent they transfer me to the telkom Shop and the shop transfer me to sales agent at the end of the day I don't get my order and I'm Telkom Client will 3 contract currently.?.
