No feedback from last review

I took out a CONTRACT with you for speeds up to 100mbs and and I think 0.9mbs if not 0mbs on a daily basis qualifies as a breach on your part of the CONTRACT and I herby give you notice that I am canceling on that grounds with no penalties. Bets effort means nothing if you cannot even come up to 1% of the agreed speeds. I will also expect a full refund for the term of our contract as I not once did see the 100mbs speed I signed up for and paid even at best effort of 80mbs
