No feedback for contract phone application

i recently (30 November 2017) app**** for a contract phone at a Telkom store at Carnival Mall and it was relayed to me that I can expect feedback by Monday the 4th November 2017, but to date no feedback has ever been received. If it takes so long , probably the application was declined but since i'm not a sangoma I think it will be decent of them to inform me.
