No feedback for 6 days - refnr: AI***
<p>I've been waiting for an update on ref nr: AI ********** for the past 6 days. My debit order is R341-00 and friday my account was tracked with an amount of R583.94</p> <p>This is so pathetic and i demand full attention to my complaint. What kind of a company are you. You don't call back customers, No update on complaints. You are the worst company i've ever signed a contract with.</p> <p>From now on you shall hear from my lawyer if you try to debit more than what we agreed on the contract. You'll be liable to update my ITC as you've messed up my status with credit bureau</p>
How long should i wait for a reply
i gave you a ref number to work on but you are still not being helpful
i never received any call; no email. nothing
this is so pathetic man. To add to my woes, you debited me on the 23rd June rather than on the 25th June as per signed contract. What kind of a business are you. This is so ridiculous and unprofessional. I need answers immediately
