No feedback for 3 months after calling almost everyday

Telkom is so useless there is no use for sales people to work in they call center as they can not help you at all. I have app**** for a 10mg line in June it was fitted in august its not September and I am still unable to use the internet cause the deal as not been closed off by back office which we can't talk to and sales cant do anything to help you but wait 72 hours more after already waiting 72hours as told. How do u want customers when u can't even help them. All sales people cant even talk properly to you when they cant hear u they say can you shift. With the high toned rude voice. Telkom is by far the worst network ever. I am thinking of even changing my phone network to a better provider. No results in 3 months.
