NO FEEDBACK EVER
Hello
To this date I have not had ANY feedback on my order. This is absolutely ridiculous! I cannot believe it take this long to fix a fault. Or the fact that it is taking this long to give me some feedback!.
Saying that the order has been escalated (for the fourth time now) is not feedback. I want to know when the fault will be fixed and when the tech guy can come to my premises and install the wifi.
The cabling department has never answered any of my calls, I can stay on hold for 30 min plus and still no one answers the call……
SHOCKING!!!!!
Please can someone call me!
