no feedback even after hello peter complaint

<p>I logged a complaint on the 06 of jun and got the follwoing reff numer </p> <p>Interaction Ref: AI ********** </p> <p>Nobody contacted me or engaged with me in this regard, now i still not willing to pay for a service that i did not use and to top it all off my telkom line now also has not been working for a week </p> <p>i logged a tecj fault also on the 1373crk200616, why do you say you will contact client but never do????????/</p>
