No Feedback , don't answer phones for 2 days

Yesterday I went to the branch to get a cellphone contract. The phone I was looking for was not in stock. One of the sales ladies then took my details and promised that they would call me back before 14:00 on the same day. They still haven't called me back and when I call the branch I get no answer since Monday.<br> <br> Yesterday I also logged an inquiry on the specific phone and deal on the Telkom mobile website. I still have not received any correspondence from them either.
