No Feedback

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She app**** for a contract with Telkom online on the 25th February and since gotten no feedback there isn't even a reference number when you apply. Used the website callback function like 5 times, for 1 consultant to call and say you qualify no documents requested no application completed telephonically. Then another consult calls and says she must first receive an sms then they will check if she qualifies. What type of service is this. Are your consultants not trained the same? Is there no process in place? This is poor service for such a big company. Very disappointed.
