No feedback /communication

Good day,

I was phoned and approved for a data/sim card/router plan(10Gb) for R169 per month, that was about a month ago, the consultant advised me that the router will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days,

Can you please let me know when the router will be delivered, why don't I get any communication, why is Telkom just quiet after I've been approved???
