No feedback

They took all my details for a contract I apply for, been waiting for 3 weeks without any feedback about the phone after qualifying for the contract. Been calling and emailing without a response. All they said in store was they will let me know when they have the phone. I am sure they have forgotten and the person in store that I sent my details too does not respond to any emails.
