<p>called into Telkom for the wifi router deal last month, the last i heard from the agent after giving ALL my details was that in 48hours i would be debited and then my device would be couriered to me</p> <p>i have heard nothing since, which is unacceptable, whatever the outcome of an application the client has a right to know what has happened</p>
