i have app**** for a cell phone contract with Telkom it was sometimes last week the agent i spoke to told once my contract its approved will get she will phone me back and she told me that the will be debit order going through my account just to testif my bank details are valid debit oder went through friday tried to speak to customer care but no one its interested on helping me they shoving me from pillar to post need to know when will i get my cell phone and if its impossible to get cell phone from you guys please refund me will go buy cell phone from other service provider or ask one of the management to give me a call urgently on *** or am taking this matter to the ombuds man
