No feedback as promised

Joshua you let me down! You promised me that you would get back to me with the solution to my complaint but just like I was worried about, you completely ignored my concerns and have given me ZERO feedback after I have followed up with you numerous times. You have ignored all of my emails and nothing has been fixed. Has my contract even been cancelled because I sent you my cancellation form but didn't hear anything from you.<br> <br> When will I be getting my money back?!
