no feedback and still no internet

<p>I lodged a complaint ref number A ********** 5 and still did not receive any feedback or respons. My line was already migrated as a phone line only and I was still able to use my internet, now I have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks before my internet will be restored while the migration is in progress. It was done before why vcan it not be done now. I would also like my line to migrated as a dsl line only and not a phone line since this can be done vesa verca. Why am I paying for a mistake that I didn't make? Restore my internet while the migration is in process please.</p>
