No Feedback and no products delivred

<p>I have complained about tellkom numerously now, and all they ever tell you is that they are busy investigating and will get back to you but knowone ever does. I am really tired of complaining, In December I sent a complaint saying that I recieved the router that I app**** for but no sim card was delivered, Kruben Moodley called me saying he would sort this out, to date nI am still waiting for this to be sorted out, I have the router but cant use without the sim card, I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect, It is over a month now and I am sitting with a router but no simcard and no benefit to use this contract.</p>
