No feedback after on-line cellphone application

Good day<br> <br> I logged a complaint on Hellopeter hoping that Telkom will respond. The only response I received was from Telkom stating that they will get in-touch with me - SM22244. To date no one has called me back. I have also not received a refund for the funds deducted from my account. I feel very disappointed as I have been unable to get hold of anyone in Telkom to assist me with my enquiry. <br>
