No feedback after a week and No answer at call centre

I have app**** for a contract a week ago and have been phoning to find out if it has been approved since, I have phoned countless times each day with no answer on the call centre lines or their head office and at the end of the day if I get lucky and they answer no one can help me or give me feedback on when or if it will be approved. I have no credit record or bad debt it is a straight forward contract application and still they cannot give me feedback.
