no feedback after a call has been logged
I upgraded my line to a new one and was promised 30 gigs free data and i have received my new phone but not the 30 gigs free data as promised. I have been to a telkom store and have got a call logged but no response after a week. this service is unacceptable.

01 Aug 2018, 09:43I have been waiting for feedback since the 17 july the 19 july i logged another call as the agent said the first call was not logged correctly and the could not find the reference number i got from Noleen (AI ********** ) my call refrence numbers are ********** 0 logged the 19 july ( no feed back recieved) the first call was logged the 2 july ********** 0. This type of service is pathetic and how can something be advertised but the client does not get it. ( 30gig free data with my p10 lite upgrade).
