no feedback after 15 days for an upgrade that i never did.

<p>i renewed my contract but some one upgraded contract my but the funny thing is my data is still the same the difference is im paying more i called the call centre 3 times and they failed to explain to me the difference between this contract and the previous one.So if you put people on customer care make sure they now the product because we are after all paying customers,dont make it about profit and commision but about customers.</p>
