<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom was not as yet able to provide such paid up letter as yet, have been following up non-stop with them. This is actually hindering me from progress.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also do not have a fax machine to provide the attachments as requirement, do do I proceed or is email good enough?</p> <p> </p>
