No feedback

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a posting a while ago regarding Telkom not having correct or updated information, i have proved this to them by providing all supporting documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to a Store and a case was created</p> <p>today i received a SMS to say that the case was resolved and to call 180 for feedback</p> <p>i did this and was advised that the case is still pending and that a person by the name of Louisa Se***o is dealing with it, i requested to speak to Louisa and was then transferred to the sales dept</p> <p> </p> <p>The sales department is not aware of that person and i have been transferred to just the whole of the telkom and no one has a louisa in the area</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also sent e-mails to ********** and have been liaising with Busi</p> <p> </p> <p>Since Tuesday I have not had a response and have been sending follow up emails as well</p> <p> </p> <p>I called to try and speak to her and was advised by 180 that they cannot transfer but will put me through to sales and they will</p> <p> </p> <p>I then spoke to Patrick Gxalaba who also advised that he cannot transfer me but advised that i can make a social media posting to get the social media to contact me</p>
