No feedback

So I would like to compliment telkom on the lack of service I have received. too date I still have not had a firm answer from telkom. I have received two calls from people following up to find out if my query has been sorted. When I say no they say they will get someone to follow up asap and contact me. face book I just get a stalling message. NO ONE HAS GOT AN ANSWER FOR ME. NO ONE FROM THE RIGHT DEPT PHONE MR. it is now the 26-2. I have been complaining and querying this since 12-1. I want to pay you for a service. don't you want my money. <br>
