During Apr 2014 I requested our business line to be transferred from our shop in Trichardt to our new shop in Secunda. The actual installation in Secunda shop was done +- 19 May 2014. Closed the shop altogether Nov2014 and requested cancellation of the line. The Secunda line was cancelled 5 Dec 2014. After phoning Telkom to find out why R 500.00 is still deducted from my bank account I was informed it is for the line in Trichardt. They informed me the Trichardt line was never cancelled because no request to cancel it was received by them. No one ever informed me that I should request a cancellation of the line if you request a transfer when the new line falls on a different exchange. I have spent numerous hours trying to phone them. The few times that someone did answer the phone, I was 1st informed by accounts department to speak to cancellation department whom informed me to send the necessary documents and letter to cancel the line and that I can request cancellation backdated to May 2014. This letter together with the other documents were sent on 12 Apr 2015, follow up email was sent 2 May 2015. Whenever I call the automated message is: Due to high call volumes there
