No Feedback

I really getting annoyed with the lack of feedback from you guys. We are relocating to Cape Town this weekend coming and we have placed an order last week Tuesday (17th February). Still no feedback, I had to call to get feedback (what's new) . Apparently the location we are moving to has a project and no one knows exactly what the project is all about. So again you guys cant even communicate internally to provide enough updates so to give to all of your clients. <br> <br> I would like to know what is going. What is the project all about. How long do I need to wait? When will this be installed? ETA on this! Will i need to get WIFI installed? Will need to get someone more reliable to provide me with a permanent solution, service? <br> <br> I will would like to get some feedback today from you guys.
