No feedback.. 40 years with the number we had and still no feedback

Still no feedback from telkom.. they are not interested in there clients. We had our land line number for 40 years and didn’t make payment.. we were cut off NO ONE from telkom look at the number of years we had and try at least to call us to ask what was the problem for the non payment.. nevertheless we paid but we are still cut off. Can someone one from Telkom call us today and sort this out ?????
