No feedback

I am very dissapointed with Telkom. I tried to get a cellphone contract on black friday,the systems were slow and the consultant said she would call me back and never called me back on that friday. she calls me back on Monday and takes all the required info. I still don't know the outcome of my application. I am new to Telkom and i am already regretting this because normally companies are super fast with sales. What will happen when i am a client and have problems???
