no feedback
I app**** online for my upgrade, which was on black friday 24 nov. Just to find out the deal was never captured! a week later no feedback only got a sms saying i was pre approved. No agent followed up with me, today the 12th dec im still waiting on my package and still no response just to find out at the contact centre my package was cancelled! This is poor customer service im waiting two weeks for my package. I'm a very unhappy customer.
